3. Performance of electric hoist
(1) The electric wire rope hoist manufacturer of the corresponding working level should be reasonably selected according to the usage level and load status level. The working level of the electric hoist lifting mechanism is divided into 8 levels from M1 to M8 according to the load status level, mechanism load spectrum coefficient, usage level and total usage time.
(2) The structural type, basic parameters, performance and size of the sevencrane electric wire rope hoist factory should comply with the design requirements.
(3) The reducer should not leak oil.
(4) The hook should be flexible and capable of rotating 360° in the horizontal plane.

(7) When performing a dynamic load test, the electric hoist should be able to withstand a test load of 1.1 times the rated lifting capacity. It should work normally and brake reliably during the test. (8) Electric hoists with operating mechanisms should meet the following performance requirements under rated load:
a) There should be no abnormality during operation:

(9) Under rated load, the braking sliding amount should not be greater than v/100 (v is the stable lifting distance for 1 minute under rated load), and should not be greater than 200mm.
(10) Under the conditions of rated load and motor terminal voltage fluctuation of ±10%, there should be no abnormality in the operation of the motor and brake.
(11) The lifting height should not be less than the nominal value.
(12) The allowable deviation of the lifting speed should be 10% of the nominal value, and the allowable deviation of the descending speed should be -10%~25% of the nominal value (slow speeds are not assessed).
(13) The safety distance of the hook should not be less than 100mm.
(14) The rated lifting capacity of the electric hoist for lifting molten metal should not be greater than 16t, and the working level should not be lower than M6.
(15) The gap between the inner side of the best electric wire rope hoist for sale wheel rim and the lower flange edge of the I-beam track should be 3mm~5mm.
