Installation of wall-mounted jib crane:
Before installing a industrial wall mounted articulating jib crane, you should check whether the bending and torsional deformation of the cantilever beam caused by transportation, the corrosion of the shaft, the bruise, etc. should be corrected or restored respectively. In addition, the shaft, bearings and other rotating parts should be cleaned and lubricated every six months.

To install the cantilever beam, please proceed in the following order:
1) Drill holes in the user’s wall or steel structure column at the corresponding location according to the drawing.
2) Lift the main cantilever with a crane, fix the cantilever and the upper and lower supporting plates with fixing bolts, measure the upper deflection with a level, and then tighten the nut on the rotating shaft clockwise.
3) Install the electric hoist, traveling trolley and slewing device on the cantilever beam track.
4) Connect and install all electrical appliances on the cantilever, leaving a power cord of appropriate length.

Precautions for wall-mounted wall mounted articulating jib crane with electric hoist:
1. If this machine is installed and used outdoors, reliable rainproof measures must be installed.
2. After assembling the cantilever and the bracket, ① the rotating arm can flexibly rotate 180° around the column; ② adjust the adjusting gasket so that the end of the cantilever reaches an upper deflection F ≥ R/250 (R is the radius of rotation ).
3. Do not press the up and down buttons or the forward and reverse buttons of the same motor at the same time during operation.
4. When working, no one is allowed to stand under the lifting arm.
5. It is prohibited to drag heavy objects.
6. Overload lifting is prohibited.

Wall-mounted jib crane (cantilever crane) safety operating procedures:
1 Before use, the operator should check whether there are any faults in the switch button and wire rope limit. If there are any problems, they should be repaired in time before use. After use, place them in a safe area.
2. Concentrate your energy when lifting the workpiece. Put one hand on the operating switch and use the other hand to control the smooth reciprocation of the workpiece. It is not allowed to chat while lifting to avoid danger.
3. When lifting any workpiece, you must try lifting it. The hook should be vertical. If you find any imbalance, adjust the hook in time. Do not lift it at an angle. Try lifting it again to keep the workpiece stable before lifting it.
4 Overload lifting is not allowed, and any workpiece must not be lifted more than 500kg. Otherwise, you will be punished for violating the operating regulations.
5. When lifting the workpiece, it is not allowed to be too high from the ground. It should be about half a person’s height. If there are objects that pass over it, be careful not to collide with it.
6. When lifting any workpiece, you should always pay attention to the operating conditions. If any abnormal noise or abnormal phenomenon occurs, stop the lifting immediately and report it in time for processing. Do not work while sick, otherwise you will be punished for violating the operating regulations.
7. When using a cantilever crane to calibrate the workpiece, the power of the machine tool must be turned off to avoid touching the handle and causing the machine tool to rotate and cause an accident.
8. When the cantilever crane is in use, any unannounced repairs are strictly prohibited.
9. When working, no one is allowed to stand under the boom.
10 It is prohibited to drag heavy objects.
11 When not in use, the cantilever crane should be placed in a safe place and is not allowed to be parked randomly.
