Installation of the column: First, insert the column into the inner circle of the base plate, and then weld the base plate and the column on both sides of the base plate. In order to improve the stability of the structure, it is also necessary to weld several ribs on the base plate and the column.
Installation of the end plate and waist ring track: Adjust the position of the rotating shaft and the end plate of the floor mounted jib crane, and weld and fix them to ensure the verticality of the rotating shaft. Then put the end plate into the column and weld and fix it with the column according to the drawing size. Finally, put the waist ring track into the column, and weld and fix it with the column after adjusting the corresponding position according to the drawing size.
Installation of the slewing sleeve: Weld and fix the bearing seat and the slewing cylinder through the connecting plate according to the drawing size, and press in the spherical roller bearing. Then seal the left side of the slewing sleeve with the bearing pressure plate, weld the sealing plate connecting plate on the right side of the slewing cylinder, and connect the sealing plate with bolts. Remove the sealing plate during on-site installation, install the internal parts such as the collector device, and then reinstall the sealing plate.
Installation of the bracket: First, weld the shaft to the motor mounting plate, install the main wheel and the secondary wheel, and then weld and fix the square tube, trapezoidal plate, steel plate and other parts according to the drawing size. Finally, weld the bracket to the cantilever of the floor mounted jib crane according to the drawing size.
On-site installation of the whole machine: At the installation site, first remove the round nut on the column, and then fix the cantilever to the column through the rotating shaft and the waist ring track. Then install the round nut from the inside of the slewing device to the rotating shaft, and then install the collector ring and locking polyurethane nut in turn. Finally, pass the round cable through the inside of the column and connect it to the collector ring through the center hole of the rotating shaft.
Inspection and trial operation after installation: After the installation is completed, the lightweight jib crane needs to be inspected, including the inspection of the fastening points, the inspection of parts, the filling of lubricating oil and the insulation inspection. After passing the inspection, carry out no-load test run, static load test and dynamic load run to ensure the normal operation of the cantilever crane.
Clean up the construction site: After the installation and test run work is completed, the construction site needs to be cleaned up, including cleaning of tools, equipment, sundries, etc., as well as wiping and repainting of the lightweight jib crane.
