The electric hoist with trolley is a highly versatile, fully configured electric chain hoist that can be installed and put into operation in a very short time.
In order to meet the diverse needs of users, we have designed a variety of electrical control systems for DC electric chain hoists, and equipped electric crane hoist with many standard components to adapt to the needs of users’ sites and processes.
Hoist trolley are equipped with integrated circuit control systems as standard, covering DC Pro/Com two-speed electric chain hoists and DCS Pro infinitely variable speed electric chain hoists. Integrated circuits enable DC electric chain hoists to have extremely strong functional scalability:
1. Only one integrated circuit control panel is needed to safely and effectively control 24V low-voltage electric i beam electric hoist from DC 1-15;
2. Only one control cable can not only control the lifting and lowering of the electric chain hoist, but also the movement of the trolley and the trolley in three directions. It is also compatible with contactor control and frequency conversion control. Users only need the same control cable to plug and play all different DC chain electric hoists on site;
3. The integrated circuit control panel is equipped with operating hours and working status displays, which can read the operating status data and fault codes of the electric chain hoist. Users can perform fault diagnosis and maintenance by themselves through the accompanying operating instructions, or they can perform fault diagnosis and maintenance through remote guidance from Demag after-sales service engineers;
4. The contactors and relays on the integrated circuit control panel are designed for plug-in connection and are equipped with a working time accumulator. The user can replace the contactors and relays on the circuit board according to the accumulated working time of the electric chain hoist;
5. The integrated circuit control system is equipped with speed monitoring for the friction clutch and automatically brakes safely when overloaded to avoid continuous slipping of the friction clutch.
Integrated circuit panel control:
1. In addition to the fully equipped standard integrated circuit control system, Demag also designed a direct control system for the DC electric chain hoist, so that the electronic control system of the DC electric chain hoist can be integrated into the user’s electronic control system.
2. Direct control of the electric chain hoist DC PoDC is equipped with operating limit switches and gear limit switches, and the brakes are adjustable. Because of the higher mechanical braking force, a larger brake size is selected than the DC Pro controlled by the integrated circuit panel.
3. Directly control the DC PoDC electric chain hoist with the same load capacity and lifting speed range as DC-Pro. It does not include the integrated circuit control panel, control cables and control handles. It only contains the terminal control box interface and brake module, which must be integrated. It can be put into operation only after entering the user’s control system. The contactor signal directly brakes, truly directly controlling the electric chain hoist.
Lifting noise reduction door:
1. We not only designed a direct control system integrated into user control for the two-speed controlled DC Pro and DC Com, but also designed an external frequency converter controlled electric chain hoist for the variable frequency controlled stepless speed electric chain hoist DCS Pro. Hulu DC Pro FC.
2.DC ProFC does not contain an integrated control circuit panel and is equipped with a rotary encoder as standard. It only contains a brake module and terminal blocks for connecting to the user’s frequency conversion control system.
Rotary encoder:
1. After updating the control system of the electric chain hoist to an integrated circuit control system, in order to be compatible with the electric trolleys controlled by the traditional contactor control system and optional electric walking trolleys still used by some users on site, Demag is still a DC ring hoist. The electric chain hoist is designed with a traditional contactor control system.
2. The DC electric chain hoist DC ProCC controlled by traditional contactor is suitable for customer integrated control or flashlight door control. The load capacity and lifting speed range are exactly the same as DC Pro. It is equipped with standard operating limit switch and is suitable for traditional control methods. , can be easily integrated with the existing control system at the user’s site.
