1. Preparations before installation of gantry crane:

• Use a torque wrench to install the connecting bolts and secure them.
• Use a truck crane to lift the main beam arch frame at the flanges of the two main beams in a manner similar to the previous main beam installation.
• Then it is necessary to check and measure the installation accuracy through instruments, and adjust the places that meet the requirements until the design requirements are met.
• Remove the leg stabilizers.

3. Installation of gantry crane trolley:

• Choose a suitable working position for the truck crane to facilitate the installation of the trolley.
• Lift the trolley, 1~2m away from the support, check whether the trolley is level, confirm that the crane spreader is fastened, and continue lifting and installing.
• When the trolley is raised and hoisted to a suitable height, then rotate the truck crane so that the trolley is located on the main beam, roughly aligned with the trolley track, then slowly lowered, and finally aligned with the trolley track and positioned properly.
