1. The installation of electric hoists must be carried out by the unit with the corresponding installation license; registration procedures should be completed with the safety supervision department according to regulations before starting work. No department is allowed to install without authorization.
2. The user and manager of the installed electric hoist must be clearly identified, marked and registered, and files must be established for future reference.
3. Managers should be clear about the installation location of the equipment, operators and their safety and usage conditions, and be responsible for formulating relevant management systems and safety technical operating procedures.
4. Establish a file ledger. The file ledger contains technical files and operation management documents. Technical files should include the following contents: manufacturing unit, product quality certificate, use and maintenance instructions, and installation technical documents and information, etc. Operation management documents include: regular inspection and regular self-inspection records, daily usage records (operation records), daily maintenance records of safety accessories and safety protection devices, operational failure and accident records, etc. Archive managers should strictly follow the rules and perform the approval procedures for transfer and borrowing.
5. Use system

6. Operating regulations

2. Before starting, carefully check whether the equipment’s mechanics, electrical appliances, wire ropes, hooks, limiters, etc. are intact and reliable.
3. Do not overload or overlift. When lifting, do not hold your hands between the rope and the object. Be careful not to hit the top when the hanging object is rising.
4. When lifting objects, it is strictly forbidden to overweight (3T) or to allow people to stand under the suspended objects. The binding should be firm. Pads should be provided to protect the edges and corners of objects.
5. Use the electric switch of the towing line to start. The insulation must be good, press the button correctly, and pay attention to the standing position.
6. The monorail electric hoist must slow down when it is at a turn in the track or near the end of the track.
Electric monorail hoist manufacturer safety management system
1. Before using the electric hoist, the mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment should be checked. The wire rope, hook, rope guide, and limiter should be intact, the electrical part should have no leakage, and the grounding device should be good.
2. The electric hoist should be equipped with a buffer and baffles should be installed at both ends of the track.
3. When lifting a heavy object for the first time at the beginning of the operation, it should be stopped when the lifting is 100mm above the ground. Check the braking condition of the electric hoist and confirm that it is intact before formal operation. The brake should be debugged by professional maintenance personnel.
4. It is strictly forbidden to overload the electric hoist for lifting. When lifting, hands must not be held between the rope and the object. Collisions should be strictly avoided when the hanging object is rising.
5. Lifting objects should be tied firmly. When lifting heavy objects with an electric hoist, the height of the heavy objects from the ground should not exceed 1.5m. Do not hang heavy objects in the air during work breaks.
6. If abnormal smells, high temperatures or other abnormal conditions occur during the operation of the electric hoist, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and the fault can be eliminated before continued use.
7. When using a suspended cable electrical control switch, the insulation should be good and it should slide freely. There should be 2m of open space behind the person’s standing position and the button should be operated correctly.
8. During lifting, if the heavy object falls out of control due to a malfunction, emergency measures must be taken to lower the heavy object to an unattended place.
9. The electric monorail hoist for warehouse is strictly prohibited for one person to operate two or more electric hoists at the same time.
10. Do not raise or lower rapidly during lifting.
11. When the electric hoist is braking under the rated load, the sliding displacement should not be greater than 80mm. Otherwise, the oil stain should be removed or the brake ring should be replaced.
12. After the operation is completed, it should be parked at the designated location, the hook should be raised, the power supply should be cut off, and the switch box should be locked.
