The main girder of the crane is welded by steel plates, and the steel plate materials meet the international crane production standards. The main steel structure materials we use are not lower than Q235B, and the materials used have material reports and corresponding qualification certificates.
There are buffer blocks at both ends of the end beam to reduce the impact force of the collision and reduce the impact inertia. The beam body of the whole machine adopts shot blasting and painting process according to the world standard.
The running track of the trolley is made of square steel to increase the effective contact area of the wheel tread and reduce the weight of the track. The material of the square steel track is Q345B.
The operation room is operated by a linkage table, and is equipped with a remote control at the same time. Through the switch, it can be operated by remote control or switched between operations during operation.
