Single Girder Gantry Cranes introduction

The single girder gantry crane has light weight and small wheel pressure, and its lifting weight can reach 32 tons. Various operating modes are available for users to choose. Moreover, our single girder gantry crane has excellent driving performance, frequency conversion speed regulation, and stable operation. Single beam, welded box type, camber production conforms to FEM, DIN and ISO standards.
The outriggers of the gantry cranes we produce are made of rectangular steel pipes with high strength and small size. The steel plate material is Fe37 or Fe52, and the web is cut by 40m CNC to ensure the smooth forming and precision of the camber curve. The main welding seam adopts submerged arc automatic welding, and the whole beam is shot blasted after welding to reach Sa2.5 level to eliminate welding stress.
