This electric transfer trolley is suitable for transferring goods on fixed rails or square poles in paint shops, warehouses and multi-station workshops. SEVENCRANE transfer trolley is made of is-2062 M.S. structural steel, and its wheels are made of alloy steel, considering various parameters of the load, including load size, point load/surface load, speed, length, width and height, to suit the load and profile of the track/square bar. The top platform can be a checkered panel – plain or with a paint shop turntable or perforated panel, depending on your specific application area. Power supply is done through cable drums, insulation shielding system and contactor power system.

We have a complete production line for decoiling, leveling, shearing, shot blasting, painting, and drying pretreatment.

Welds of bridge beams produced using quality-certified sheet metal adopt non-destructive testing methods, and dimensions are controlled in accordance with TS-EN-1090 tolerances.

All outsourced bridge frames are welded with submerged arc welding robots. In the production of crane bridges, sandblasting and painting are carried out according to world standards.

Special paint applications can be made taking into account the working conditions of the crane. We can spray special colors according to customers' requirements.

For crane systems in special fabrication, we have radio frequency remote control and in-cabin control options.

Every production link will be inspected by the quality control department and a certificate of conformity will be provided.
