The slewing is carried out with the direct assistance of the slewing trolley equipped with the crane. The carrying capacity ranges from 5 tons to 35 tons. The trolley rotates 180 degrees. We have a complete production line for decoiling, leveling, shearing, shot blasting, painting, and drying pretreatment.

Welds of bridge beams produced using quality-certified sheet metal adopt non-destructive testing methods, and dimensions are controlled in accordance with TS-EN-1090 tolerances.

All outsourced bridge frames are welded with submerged arc welding robots. In the production of crane bridges, sandblasting and painting are carried out according to world standards.

Special paint applications can be made taking into account the working conditions of the crane. We can spray special colors according to customers' requirements.

For crane systems in special fabrication, we have radio frequency remote control and in-cabin control options.

Every production link will be inspected by the quality control department and a certificate of conformity will be provided.
