Components

Gear Motor: Worldwide top brand gear motor like SEW, ABM or NORD to make sure the quality, IP55, F insulation class, overheat protection, manual release bar, and equipped with electrolyte-magnetic brake.
Rope Drum: Made of seamless pipe, CNC machined with precision of concentricity. Advanced processing methods ensure concentricity of the reels. The depth of the rope groove complied with FEM standard. High-strength lock plate are fastened on the drum to hold the wire rope ensure the safety of lifting.
Wire Rope: Adopt high-performance and high-strength wire rope with zinc surfacing-plating which is effectively prevent corrosion. High breaking force and good flexibility.
Rope Guide: Use Special high-strength Nylon which light weight, prevent wire rope from shipping and loosing to off-groove, and safety first.
Hook Block: DIN standard T grade hook with safety latch, and the hook is made by forged high-strength alloy steel. 360 degree rotation and ergonomic design.
