Crane Electro Hydraulic Brake introduction

The electro hydraulic brake produced by SEVENCRANE company consists of a steel housing filled with magnetic fluid and an electromagnet plate placed between two brake discs. The magnetic field generated between the two brake discs results in a larger magnetic flux, resulting in greater braking force. When the crane beam moves, the electromagnetic field is strengthened, which makes the brakes tight and adjusts the beam speed. Therefore, the advantages of crane electro hydraulic brakes over mechanical brakes are more reliable, more effective braking, can be operated remotely, and can be used in areas with limited space. It also provides smoother, quieter operation and more instant stopping action than traditional mechanical brakes.

Crane electro hydraulic brakes are also easier to install and maintain, as it eliminates complex maintenance procedures and the need for frequent adjustments. The running drive of large and small vehicles adopts an integrated three-in-one structure composed of a motor, a reducer and a compact brake.

The wheels are equipped with DIN standard spline holes and the three-in-one drive output shaft is directly driven, and the transmission is smooth and shock-free.

The travel limit switch of the trolley adopts the mechanical type of cross pull rod, and the limit switch of the traveling mechanism of the cart adopts the infrared induction photoelectric type.
