Crane Closed Busbar introduction

SEVENCRANE’s closed busbar system is a system for power transmission of cranes. Copper bars are specially designed closed PVC profiles. It transmits energy to the crane through the busway trolley. It is suitable for use in closed areas in open areas and in humid environments partially exposed to chemical vapors.
There are local and imported alternatives to the enclosed busbar systems used in our products. In both systems, the PVC busbars are 4 meters long and are mounted on copper plates. There is a practical connection system every four meters. Any number of crane systems can be run on the busbar if the correct amps are chosen. Moreover, it is very easy to replace, disassemble and maintain each part.

During normal operation, the safety of the crane closed busbar should be regularly checked, as electrical equipment is the main production tool of every industrial and mining enterprise, and any slight error can directly affect the production efficiency of the factory. When checking the crane busbar, check every 6 meters for any loose or broken connections at the joints.
