On May 12, 2023, Mr.Eli, an Israeli customer, visited SEVENCRANE factory. Mr.Eli reached a deal with our sales manager for a gantry crane worth 300,000 US dollars in March last year. Because of the affirmation and reassurance of the operation stability, safety and product quality of our products during use, he plan to cooperate with our company again.
For this cooperation, Mr.Eli wants to purchase bridge cranes for his next project. Because of the large scale of this project and higher safety requirements for operating equipment, Mr.Eli decided to visit our factory to check our production process and standards of bridge cranes before purchasing, and to understand our electric bridge cranes and crane electric control system technology.

The manager of our company’s sales department accompanied the whole process and patiently explained to Mr.Eli the product features and technical standards of our bridge cranes. The main information can be summarized as follows.

1.Overhead cranes are capable of covering a rectangular area and are capable of moving loads back and forth. When there is a need to move bulky materials or extremely heavy loads in a manufacturing facility, it is more convenient and efficient to use an overhead crane rather than wade through aisles and floor spaces. Overhead cranes can be raised and moved horizontally along rails or beams, enabling the safe lifting of extremely heavy loads. And the crane travel and speed are controlled by the operator using a suspended workstation or wireless controls.
2.Most of our overhead cranes run on electricity, although some overhead cranes are available in pneumatically powered versions. Cable strips, conductor rods or reel cables transmit power to crane runways and overhead crane controls. The power supply is used to power the hoist trolley and crane travelling.

3.Crane operators can operate the remote-control system to safely transport heavy loads without the risk of overexertion or other stress- or strain-related injuries. In particularly hazardous work environments, using an overhead crane to move material from one location to another can significantly reduce workplace hazards, such as chemical spills or loads toppling over.
4.Although SEVENCRANE overhead cranes make the workplace safer, you and your workers can still encounter hazards during overhead crane operation. According to OSHA regulations, crane operators must follow certain regulations.

In general, after visiting our factory, Mr. Eli is very satisfied with our production technology, product quality and factory strength. Therefore, our follow-up cooperation matters are also under negotiation.
