Last year, SEVENCRANE began to enter the Russian market and went to Russia to participate in exhibitions. This time we received an order from a customer in Kazakhstan. It only took 10 days from receiving the inquiry to completing the transaction.

After confirming the parameters as usual, we sent the quotation to the customer in a short time and showed our product certificate and company certificate. At the same time, the customer told our salesperson that he was also waiting for a quote from another supplier. A few days later, the double-girder bridge crane purchased by a previous Russian customer of our company was shipped. The model happened to be the same, so we shared it with the customer. After reading it, the customer asked their purchasing department to contact me. The customer has the idea of visiting the factory, but due to the long distance and tight schedule, he has not yet decided whether to come. So we showed our customers pictures of our exhibition in Russia, group photos of customers from various countries visiting our factory, stock photos of our products, etc.

After reading it, the customer took the initiative to send us a quotation and drawings from another supplier. After checking it, we confirmed that all the parameters and configurations were exactly the same, but their price was much higher than ours. We inform our customers that from our professional perspective, all configurations are exactly the same and there is no problem. The customer finally chooses to cooperate with our company.

Then the customer told that their company had started purchasing double-girder bridge cranes last year, and the company they initially contacted was a scam company. After the payment was sent, there was no further news, so there is no doubt that they did not receive any machines. Our sales staff send all documents such as our company’s business license, foreign business trade registration, and bank account certification to our previous customers to demonstrate the authenticity of our company and reassure our customers. The next day, the client asked us to simulate the contract. In the end, we reached a happy cooperation.
