4. Safety protection devices such as the crane’s amplitude indicator, torque limiter, and various travel limit switches must be complete, sensitive and reliable, and must not be adjusted or dismantled at will.
5. Hoisting machinery must operate according to the prescribed lifting performance, and must not be overloaded or lift objects of unknown weight. In special circumstances, when overloading is required, technical measures must be taken to ensure safety. Approved by the technical director of the enterprise, a dedicated person must be appointed. Supervise before lifting.
6. Custom top running bridge crane equipment is strictly prohibited to use a crane to tilt, lift or lift heavy objects buried underground or condensed on the ground. Concrete components or formwork poured on site must be loosened before lifting.
7. When lifting heavy objects, they should be tied steadily and firmly. No scattered objects should be stacked or hung on the heavy objects. When the crane is lifting full load or close to full load, the heavy objects should be lifted 20-50cm above the ground to stop lifting and check. The stability of the heavy duty top running overhead crane, the reliability of the brakes, the stability of the heavy objects, and the firmness of the binding must be correct before lifting. The swinging heavy objects must be tied to the pull rope.


8. The minimum horizontal distance between any part of the crane or the edge of the hoisted object and the side line of an overhead line below 10KV shall not be less than 2m.
9. The wire ropes on the ,industrial top running crane systems drum should be firmly connected and arranged neatly. When the wire rope is released, at least three turns should be kept on the drum to prevent the wire rope from looping, kinking, bending and tangling. When using rope clamps to fix the rope, the number must not be Less than 3, the rope clamp sliding saddle should be on the side that receives the force when the wire rope is working, and should not be staggered forward and backward.
10. Lifting operators must undergo training, examination, and be issued a special operator operating certificate before they can work.
