1. Daily Maintenance
Ensure the cleanliness of equipment, electrical appliances and other parts of the top running bridge crane;

2. Maintenance of Lifting Mechanism
Check the temperature and operation conditions of the motor, reduction gearbox and other components to ensure that the motor does not exceed 80% of the rated value during operation.
Do a good job in cleaning the hooks and wire ropes of the heavy duty top running bridge crane, add lubricants in time, and perform regular inspections and maintenance.
Strictly follow the safety regulations of crane equipment, check whether the equipment meets safety technical requirements, and test whether the performance is normal.
Regularly check the cracks of the pulleys to ensure that they are within the requirements of the lifting equipment. If the situation is serious, they should be repaired or replaced in time. If the screws and bolts are loose, test the degree of wear and replace them in time to ensure the normal operation of the lifting structure.
3. Maintenance of Transmission and Traveling Mechanism
Pay special attention to whether the electric engine of the crane has water or oil ingress, and take daily prevention and control measures;
Make sure that the inspection hole and junction box of the motor are tightly covered, and it is required that the voltage during operation should not be lower than 85% of the rated voltage.
The lubrication of equipment ensures the service quality and life of each component structure of the crane. Therefore, lubrication work is very important. Dispersed lubrication and oil pool lubrication methods can be used in each structural part.
Note that the wheel rim wear of the crane cannot exceed 50% of the original thickness. During daily inspection and maintenance, if it is severely worn, replace it in time.
