1. 2. The user and manager of the installed electric hoist must be clearly identified, marked and registered, and files must be established for future reference.

3. Managers should be clear about the installation location of the equipment, operators and their safety and usage conditions, and be responsible for formulating relevant management systems and safety technical operating procedures.

4. Establish a file ledger. The file ledger contains technical files and operation management documents. 5. Use system

3. When lifting a heavy object for the first time at the beginning of the operation, it should be stopped when the lifting is 100mm above the ground. Check the braking condition of the electric hoist and confirm that it is intact before formal operation. The brake should be debugged by professional maintenance personnel.

4. It is strictly forbidden to overload the electric hoist for lifting. When lifting, hands must not be held between the rope and the object. Collisions should be strictly avoided when the hanging object is rising.

5. Lifting objects should be tied firmly. When lifting heavy objects with an electric hoist, the height of the heavy objects from the ground should not exceed 1.5m. Do not hang heavy objects in the air during work breaks.

6. If abnormal smells, high temperatures or other abnormal conditions occur during the operation of the electric hoist, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and the fault can be eliminated before continued use.

10. Do not raise or lower rapidly during lifting.
