When confirming the specific situation of the project with the customer, the customer stated that the factory building is existing and the columns have been purchased locally, and they need us to provide bridge machines, tracks, power supply systems and rail-bearing beams. After sending the quotation and drawings to the customer, our certificate was also shown to the customer. The customer was very interested in our products and sent us drawings, indicating that part of the factory building has rooms, and the rail-bearing beams and columns in that part need to be specially designed according to the height of the room. Combined with the customer’s drawings, our sales staff discussed with our engineers and gave the customer the best solution.

At the same time, customers raised a series of questions, and we responded to each item in detail and attached corresponding pictures, certificates, drawings, etc. to help customers understand better. The customer was very satisfied with the speed and service we solved the problem and asked us to send a proforma invoice with our bank information. The next day, we received the customer’s payment and arranged production, and now this European-style double-girder bridge machine has been put into use by the customer.
