(3) Whether there are any abnormal sounds or smells during operation;

(4) Whether the wire rope is wound in the spiral groove of the drum in sequence, whether the wire rope is damaged near the drum groove under the weight of the hook, and whether the wire rope between the hook and the drum is not curled. If there are any abnormalities, they should be cleared up in time before use.

3. When the wire rope electric hoist is in use, it is prohibited to use the wire rope electric hoist in an environment that is not allowed, exceeding the rated load and rated number of shutdowns per hour (120 times).

4. Inclination and resistance lifting tools are not allowed on wire rope electric hoists.

5. Every time the wire rope electric hoist is lifted, press the button first to tighten the wire rope before lifting the heavy object.

6. The fire limiter of the wire rope electric hoist is a safety device designed to prevent the hook from exceeding the limit position and avoid accidents. It can only be used as upper and lower limits and cannot be deleted at will.

7. The buffers or baffles at both ends of the I-beam track are used as time limits for accidents and are not suitable for collisions that occur frequently in daily operations.

8. It is strictly prohibited to hang heavy objects on the human body or important equipment to avoid accidents.

9. If the brake of the wire rope electric hoist fails and the body is quickly fixed during use, please immediately press the up button to increase the weight by a certain distance, and then press the down button to lower the weight at normal speed. After unloading the truck, immediately identify the cause and eliminate the problem.

10. It is recommended not to use a wire rope electric hoist to hang heavy objects in the air for a long time to prevent deformation of parts.

11. When the button fails and the contactor contacts are stuck, the power supply should be cut off immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.

12. If the wire rope is found to be loose or tangled, please remove the guide rope ring first, then arrange the wire rope neatly and reinstall it. It is not allowed to continue rotating the reel to loosen the wire rope to avoid damaging the rope guide.

13. It is not allowed to press two buttons at the same time to make the wire rope electric hoist move in reverse direction.
