Last year, our company officially entered the Russian market and participated in the Russian exhibition. I would like to share my successful order with a customer from Kazakhstan. It took only 10 days from receiving the inquiry to closing the deal.

 

After receiving the customer’s needs, we quickly confirmed the technical parameters and sent a detailed quotation as well as our product and company qualification certificates in a short time. The customer mentioned that he was also waiting for a quotation from another supplier. A few days later, the double girder bridge crane ordered by one of our Russian customers was shipped, and the model was exactly the same. I immediately shared this information with the Kazakhstan customer. After reading it, the customer asked their purchasing department to contact me further. Although the customer had the intention to visit the factory, due to the long distance and time constraints, no decision was made for the time being. To this end, I showed our photos at the Russian exhibition, group photos of customers from different countries visiting the factory, and inventory pictures of our products. After seeing these, the customer took the initiative to provide us with a quotation and drawings from another supplier.

 

After comparison, we confirmed that the parameters and configuration were exactly the same, but the other party’s quotation was much higher than ours. We assured the customer that from a professional point of view, there was no problem with the configuration. In the end, the customer decided to choose our company.

 

The customer also shared their experience of purchasing a double-beam bridge crane last year. The original company they cooperated with was a scammer. After payment, there was no news from the other party and they did not receive the machine. In order to eliminate the customer’s doubts, I immediately provided our company’s business license, foreign trade registration and bank account certification and other documents to prove the company’s legitimacy and reliability. The next day, the customer asked us to draft a contract, and the cooperation went smoothly.
