This Indonesian customer sent an inquiry to our company for the first time in August 2022, and the first cooperation transaction was completed in April 2023. At that time, the customer purchased a 10t flip spreader from our company. After using it for a period of time, the customer was very satisfied with the quality of our products and our services, so he contacted our sales staff to find out whether our company could provide the permanent magnet spreaders they needed. Our sales staff asked customers to send us pictures of the products they needed, and then we contacted the factory and said we could provide the customers with this product. So our sales staff confirmed with the customer the lifting capacity and quantity of the permanent magnet spreader they needed.
Later, the customer replied to us that the lifting capacity of the disk spreader they needed was 2t, and a group of four required four groups, and asked us to quote the beam required for the entire product. After we quoted the price to the customer, the customer said that they could handle the beams themselves and just asked us to update the price for 16 permanent magnets. Then we updated the price to the customer based on their needs. After reading it, the customer said that it needed approval from a superior. After approval from the superior, he would go to the finance department, and then the finance department would pay us.
After about two weeks, we continued to follow up with the customer to see if they had any feedback. The customer said that their company had approved it and was transferring it to the financial department and they needed me to change the PI for them. The PI was changed and sent to the customer based on their needs, and the customer paid the full amount one week later. We then contact the customer to start production.
