Our cooperation with this customer began on May 6, 2024, when the customer sent a screenshot of a similar tender document by email. The customer was brief and only urged us to quote as soon as possible. Although there was little communication in the early stage, the customer said that he planned to visit the factory.
In the subsequent communication process, the customer kept making new requirements, and we revised the quotation 10 times. At the same time, we also discussed other lifting equipment with the customer. Since the customer himself is engaged in the lifting industry and involves overseas trade, he is exposed to a wide variety of lifting projects. During our participation in foreign exhibitions, customers occasionally send new product requirements, and our team always responds to them in the first time and actively provides quotations.
After many communications and the gradual establishment of trust, the customer took the lead in placing an order for a 5-ton European type single girder semi gantry crane in August 2024. Subsequently, the order for the European winch double girder gantry crane was successfully signed in November six months later. On the day the customer visited the factory, he inspected in detail every link from raw materials to production processes, accessories and transportation.
After the factory tour, we went into the meeting room with the customer for in-depth communication to discuss product details and payment methods. Ultimately, the customer spoke to his company’s finance department during the meeting and arranged to pay the advance payment on the spot.
