On March 8, 2024, our technicians went to Bahrain to guide local customers to install a steel gantry crane with a low headroom chain hoist. The customer purchased this steel gantry crane from our company last year for lifting and transporting ships. Because the customer’s company is a shipyard in Bahrain, the customer finally chose to cooperate with our company after multiple screenings.

Customers were very satisfied after receiving our products late last year and gave us great feedback. However, he encountered some problems that could not be solved when installing and using the gantry crane, so he contacted us and told us that we needed the guidance of our technical staff. Our sales staff confirmed the specific requirements and conditions with the customer:

There are 2 door operators in total, each door operator is equipped with 2 10-ton low headroom chain hoists.

Supervision of on-site installation, testing, commissioning and operating training costs:

a.1 installation supervision engineer for 12 days, including round-trip air tickets and visas.

b. On-site accommodation and insurance for engineers shall be arranged by the customer.

c. Workers, lifting equipment and tools for on-site installation shall be provided by the customer.

d. If the installation time is changed due to actual conditions, corresponding additional fees will be charged.

After understanding the customer’s problem and confirming some special requirements with the customer, our company immediately arranged for personnel to go to Bahrain. Our technicians assisted customers in Bahrain with installation and troubleshooting all technical problems before returning to China.
