The basic parameters of bridge cranes include rated load, span, lifting height, working speed and working level. The rated load is usually between 50 and 5000kN. The standard bridge crane series produced in my country has 13 models, namely 50, 80, 125/30, 160/30, 200/50, 320/80, 500/125, 800/200, 1000/320, 1250/320, 1600/500, 2000/500 and 2500/500.
The span of an overhead crane refers to the distance between the center lines of the two tracks of the girder, which determines the working range of the overhead crane. At present, the span of standard bridge cranes produced in my country ranges from the smallest 10.5m to the largest 31.5m. There is a specification every 3m, specifically including 10.5m, 13.5m, 16.5m, 19.5m, 22.5m, 25.5m, 28.5 m and 31.5m.
Lifting height refers to the vertical distance from the center line of the hook to the ground when the hook rises to the extreme position. Generally, the lifting height of standard overhead cranes is between 12 and 32m.
Usage characteristics of bridge cranes
Bridge crane is a widely used loading and unloading equipment with obvious characteristics:
The girder can run along the entire length of the factory building, and the trolley can move laterally on the girder bridge, forming a rectangular working range in the workshop;
Have larger lifting capacity and lifting height capabilities;
The hoisting operation is easy to operate, flexible, safe and reliable;
The hoisting work efficiency is high, and there is less need for auxiliary equipment, which reduces hoisting costs;
In some heavy factories or workshops, for some heavy equipment that is difficult to hoist as a whole due to lifting weight restrictions, hoisting equipment such as factory buildings or masts can be used for joint hoisting to enhance hoisting capabilities;
Under special circumstances, strengthening and reinforcement measures can be taken to improve the lifting capacity;
The bridge gantry cranes with main and auxiliary double hooks has excellent lifting capacity and high flexibility;
Bridge cranes are usually installed indoors, and hoisting operations are generally not disturbed by natural weather conditions such as wind, rain, and snow.
