They want a 2t electric chain hoist to lift steel products with a lifting height of 14 meters and use 3-phase electricity. After a background check, it was found that the customer was an Australian chicken factory and the contact person was a purchasing assistant.
We sent an email to the customer on Friday to confirm the basic parameters and ask whether to use it instead.
