They want a 2t electric chain hoist to lift steel products with a lifting height of 14 meters and use 3-phase electricity. After a background check, it was found that the customer was an Australian chicken factory and the contact person was a purchasing assistant.

We sent an email to the customer on Friday to confirm the basic parameters and ask whether to use it instead. By Monday of the second week, we saw that the customer checked the email multiple times and responded to the questions one by one. The communication between us is very smooth.
