The movement of the general bridge crane is composed of three movements: the longitudinal movement of the cart, the transverse movement of the trolley, and the up and down movement of the hook.
A. Transmission of the lifting system: The power source of the lifting mechanism is generated by the electric motor. Through the gear coupling, compensation shaft, and brake wheel coupling, the power is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the reducer and decelerated. After the high-speed motor is reduced to the required speed by the reducer, the low-speed shaft of the reducer is output, and the power is transmitted to the drum set through the internal ring gear on the drum, and then the hook is raised and lowered through the wire rope and pulley set. , thereby completing the purpose of lifting and lowering heavy objects.
B. Transmission of the lifting trolley operating system: The power is generated by the motor, and is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the vertical three-stage reducer through the brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft, and half-tooth coupling, and is passed through the vertical three-stage reducer. After the three-stage reducer reduces the high speed of the motor to the required speed, it is output by the low-speed shaft of the reducer, and is connected to the car’s driving wheel shaft through a half-tooth coupling, a compensation shaft, and a half-tooth coupling. C. Transmission of the trolley operating system: The power is generated by the motor, and is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the reducer through the brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft and half-tooth coupling, and the high-speed rotation of the motor is transmitted through the reducer. After the speed is reduced to the required number of revolutions, it is output by the low-speed shaft of the reducer and connected to the driving wheel shaft of the cart through a full-tooth coupling, thereby driving the rotation of the driving wheel of the cart and completing the purpose of lifting heavy objects longitudinally on the bridge. . 3. Maintenance of underhung double girder bridge crane with complete runways components
1. Limiter
Conduct electrical tests on the existing double-girder bridge crane limit positioners to check whether the equipment is intact, replace damaged products of the same model in a timely manner, and make detailed records. Check all limit devices connected to the fastening bolts of the limit frame. If any are loose or damaged, corrective measures should be taken.
2. Limit ruler
In order to confirm the integrity of the limit gauges in each position of the double-girder bridge crane, move the cart/trolley to the designated position and adjust the position of the limit device so that the limit device is in contact with the limit device, which can effectively stop the equipment.
3. Reducer
Clean the surface of the reducer of the double-girder bridge crane, wipe the oil and dust on the surface of the reducer with a cloth, remove the fastening bolts of the reducer, remove the upper box, and clean the contact parts between the upper box and the lower box. Remove old sealant and oil stains from the exterior and scrub with a clean cloth. 5. Lighting equipment installation and remote control
According to Party A’s requirements, the lighting equipment is installed at the designated location, the lighting power is drawn from the electrical box of the owner of the double-girder bridge crane, and the control switch is installed in the driver’s cab. 6. Driving wheel inspection and repair
Check the operating organization of the double-girder bridge crane’s brake shoes and wheels, and adjust the brake shoe clearance of the brake equipment to meet the requirements.
