Therefore, the crane operator driver must be careful before and after operating the crane. Follow these inspections and precautions.

Before operation, check and pay attention to:

1. Check whether all safety protection devices of industrial tyre mounted gantry crane and indicating instruments are complete and intact.

2. Check whether the fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and coolant are sufficient.

3. Check whether the main components, such as wire ropes, brakes, are normal and whether the tightening bolts of each component are loose.

4. Check the tire pressure and whether the connecting parts are loose.

5. Check whether the wire rope and connecting parts comply with the regulations.

6. Check whether each control handle is in the zero position and lock the brake pedal.

7. When entering the site, check whether there are any obstacles around the working area and whether there are any overhead or empty lines above the working area. The crane should be parked on a flat and hard ground near the operation, with all outriggers extended. The underside of the outriggers must be padded with wood with a thickness of not less than 20cm to keep the crane in a horizontal state. Adjust the body so that the slewing bearing surface The inclination shall not be greater than 1/1000 when there is no load (the level bubble is centered).

8. Check whether the equipment safety warning signs are complete and clear. Before turning, pay attention to the fact that there are no people or obstacles around.

9. When working near the edge, a necessary safety distance should be maintained according to the soil conditions to prevent instability.

10. Before operation, the transmission part should be tested without load once, focusing on checking each operating device, limiter, safety device, indicating instrument and brake, etc.

When lifting, please pay attention to:

1. Before starting to lift, check that the clutch lever must be in the disconnected position. Do not push or pull the joystick violently during operation.

2. When the load is to be suspended for a long time, the drum drum should be locked.

3. Sound the whistle to warn during lifting operations.

4. Within the safe scope of the operation, no one other than the commander is allowed to enter.

5. When working near high-voltage lines, a safe distance should be maintained from live lines and implemented in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

6. During operation, the lifted object should be 20cm to 30cm off the ground to ensure that the lifted object is stable and the brakes are sensitive and effective before slowly lifting and operating.

7. The maximum elevation angle of the boom must not exceed the original manufacturer’s regulations. Generally, the maximum elevation angle must not exceed 78°, and the minimum elevation angle must not be less than 45°. It is strictly prohibited to change the joystick before the boom is raised and lowered securely.

8. If two heavy duty tyre mounted gantry crane lift the same cargo, there must be a dedicated person under unified command. The performance, capacity and speed of the two cranes should be the same, and the load value they bear should be less than 80% of the total rated lifting capacity of one crane. The weight of the heavy object It shall not exceed 75% of the total lifting weight of the two machines under this working condition, and the wire rope shall be vertical and straight.

9. Sufficient lighting should be provided for night operations. The boom lights and related work lights should be turned on. The driver should be able to clearly see the hooks of heavy objects and the location where heavy objects are dropped.

10. During rotation operations, emergency braking is strictly prohibited to prevent danger caused by violent swings of hanging objects.

11. When turning, the driver should pay attention to whether there are people or obstacles within the turning radius.

12. The rotation brake must be locked when not rotating.

13. When telescopically extending the boom, a certain distance should be maintained between the front wheel set of the boom and the hook.

14. During the operation, the “ten don’ts of lifting” should be strictly observed during lifting operations.

Things to note after stopping lifting operations:

1. Fully retract the boom of tyre mounted gantry crane for sale, place it on the bracket, fix the hook as required, and brake the rotation and platform.

2. The fifth outrigger should be retracted first and then the four left and right outriggers should be retracted and fixed. The distance between the parker and the edge of the ditch or pit should not be less than 1.2 times the depth of the ditch or pit.

3. During temporary shutdown, it is strictly forbidden to leave the boom in the lifting state, and it is strictly forbidden for the driver to leave or open the cab in the lifting state.
