The electric single-girder bridge crane is a workshop lifting equipment that utilizes an electric hoist and electric chain hoist as the lifting mechanism. It finds extensive applications in machining, assembly, repair, and warehouse environments. This equipment plays a crucial role in modern industrial enterprises by mechanizing and automating production processes, reducing manual labor, and enhancing labor productivity. Its key components include the bridge frame, electric hoist, and electronic control system.

This crane is powered by three-phase alternating current with a rated frequency of either 50Hz or 60Hz. The rated voltage ranges from 220V to 660V.

The crane’s operating mechanism operates using a separate drive mode. Cone rotor/soft start motors facilitate driving and braking, and the transmission adopts a “one opening and two closing” gear transmission system.

Depending on the specific situation, the crane can be operated from the ground, through remote control, or from the cab.

Advantages of the electric single girder overhead crane:

  • Compact structure and excellent rigidity
  • User-friendly operation
  • Low noise emission
  • Safe and reliable performance
  • Attractive appearance
  • The bridge beam adopts a welded box beam structure, providing high strength
  • The end truck features a welded box girder structure, offering strong torsion resistance
  • The travel wheels are made of case-hardened steel, ensuring high wear resistance
  • Precisely machined tolerances in the connection between the cross member and end truck minimize wear
  • Optional hoists include wire rope electric hoists or low headroom hoists for increased lifting heights
  • Power supply is facilitated through a safe sliding contact wire
  • The control boom is suspended on the crane girder and moves independently
  • Optional feature: radio remote control
  • Customizable coating, typically with a golden yellow paint surface, while travel drives are sky blue.

Introduction:
A single girder crane comprises a single bridge, two rails, end trucks, two runway beams, and a hoist for lifting loads on the bridge. The end trucks run along tracks mounted on the track beams. It is a cost-effective solution for medium to heavy loads. Single girder overhead cranes offer maximum flexibility in terms of coverage area and motion control. Due to their installation in the upper part of the facility, single girder cranes occupy minimal space and encounter fewer obstacles within their range of movement. These cranes can be easily modified to adapt to changing requirements. They provide flexible operation and can be customized to suit the unique conditions, production demands, and load variations in your plant.
