(9) Check whether the couplings of custom overhead traveling crane manufacturers are loose or even “rolled keys”. Focus on checking whether the elastic rubber ring of the elastic pin coupling is abnormally worn, and pay special attention to the wear of the gear ring of the toothed coupling. Due to poor installation accuracy, in the case of a large offset between the two shafts, the entire ring gear will soon wear out in a short period of time.
